To help new employees quickly integrate into the company, we provide training courses, covering the employee handbook, ISO management training, understand your workplace, office etiquette, time management, etc.Existing employees
To strengthen professional knowledge and skills, we provide internal training, external training, and general education courses.Internal professional training is provided by department heads sharing their professional knowledge to further achieve cross-departmental learning.
Our external training compliments the gap in functions as it covers these functions required for the job. We also provide training for obtaining professional licenses, including robotics engineer license, automation engineer license, and forklift license.
